Others don't see al my visitors

I'am having a lot of trades through CJ, but i always wondered why i dont get very much visitors back. Seems that other site's see less visitors then i 'am sending. I have changed my htacees to filter traffic, hitbots and so on. Also i activated the country filter in CJ. When i send 74 hits, the other site sees 26 hits in.

I use the include to in.php in my index.php, can anyone give some insights what this may be?

If you are using version 4.x then it may happen under some php configurations. With version 5.x lots of these problems have been fixed by taking into account strictly unique outs.
Make sure the other site is not filtering stuff on their own. Also take in mind that most modern browsers don't pass referrers when configured as high privacy mode, but usually that accounts for less than 10% of the surfers.
