View Full Version : Problem with link syntax

19th May 2010, 04:32 PM
I am using galleries from a company that have the "&" sign in them. Whenever clicked through the /out.php, the script only seems to produce the link as far as the "&" and then stops, leaving the rest of the link blank.
I thought it was my TGP script but he told me to remove the /out.php and try it without. It worked fine without, so now I'm thinking its a trade script issue.
Have you ever come across this before, and if so, can it be corrected?

You must use url encoded urls.

There is an online url encoder and decoder tool at this place: http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/dencoder/

Once url encoded, the & will change to %26 That will fix your problem.
Also most TGP scripts already have an option to url encode the gallery urls. Just check your TGP script manual how can you enable that option.

Thanks Icefire:)
The free encoder seems to work just fine.

Thanks again!
