Email to admin when a new trade added

Hi,
I think there was a feature of sending email to the admin when a new trade added by any user. But now it seems its not working ..


Could you please confirm whether this facility was there in 511.1 version ?

That would be an awsome feature. Also a highlighting of the site where the new trade(s) is/are would be very helpfull.
