I didnt login for a long time and forget password and login for admin pannel
i can login to the databass,
how can i cread a new login

This is assuming that you run CjOverkill version 5.x

If you are running on version 4.x then use this SQL instead:

UPDATE cjoverkill_settings SET login='admin', passwd=PASSWORD('admin')
