i have installed the script, i added <?php include("in.php"); ?> above the <title> in index.php and it seemed to work fine, my home page works, but when i login to the member area, it sends me to Firefox can't find the server at www.iradiations.com.

my site is http://www.crime-nations.ca

is there any other way to add the include into my index.php so it works?

Well, if you are getting redirected to iradiations.com, then the script has redirected you because of too much clicking or page loading (anti hitbot filter in action)
You can change the default filter url to anything else from the site edit panel. Just make sure it's not a production site.
iradiations is the default bot trap site (fake TGP), but it's down till 3th October preparing the next beta antibot protection.

As for the login redirect, if you are using a web form to login then you should enable the POST method in the script.
Method Filter --> Enable POST.

By default CjOverkill will completely block POST requests. If you allow them it will allow web form logins but if someone tries more than the max repeated IPs value in less than 24 hours it will filter him.
That's a bit out of the scope of a trade script, but since it's part of the antibots filter, it just filters also brute force attempts.

Take a look at the bottom of this page: http://www.cjoverkill.com/manual/filters.html#rampage
This filter setup basically will allow relaxed behavior on your site and IPs that trigger the antibot filters will be ignored and their clicks not counted or rested from the real trade and moved to the filter trade.
